Hi, welcome to our family business! Our founder, Howard, spent 25 years in the shoe business where he saw the problem that people had when they needed only one shoe, or needed two different sizes. Back then, you had to buy two pairs of shoes to get one pair that fit your feet. And then you had those two extra shoes. The internet has changed all that. Now it’s easy to buy only the size you need for each foot.

We price and sell our shoes one at a time, not as pairs.

Here at OneShoeTwoShoe.net, we think shoes ought to make you happy. We know it’s hard to be happy when your shoes don’t fit correctly or when you’ve had to buy twice as many shoes as you need. Most people have one foot that is bigger than the other, but for some, the difference is so great that one foot is always either crammed into a too–small shoe or flopping around in a shoe that is much too large. Now you can purchase a shoe to fit each of your feet. Maybe you just have one foot – you shouldn’t have to buy two shoes. We also think that you even if you have feet that won’t let you buy off the rack, you should still get a choice of brands and styles, just like anywhere else.

We’ve worked with manufacturers to get you the best possible prices for one shoe at a time. So if your left foot needs a size 8 but your right foot will only be happy in a different size, they can both be happy. And so can you!

We are pleased to offer Free Freight on the purchase of all regularly priced shoes delivered within the continental US. In fact, we even offer Free Return Freight if you're not happy with your order of Regular Priced shoes AND wish to make an exchange.

• There is a one time flat rate fee of $8.00 added to all Clearance orders.
• All orders are shipped by either UPS ground (2-5 days) or USPS.
• We apologize, but we are not able to offer free shipping to Canada.

If you need to return a Regular priced shoe AND want to re-order the same shoe in another size or color, we'll cover all shipping charges on your replacement.

Clearance Shoes may also be exchanged but you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Upon request, we will send you a Return Authorization via email. If you choose this service, a flat fee of $8.00 for return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Here's how to make a Quick Exchange:

1. Place another order including your credit card information for the new shoe right away. We'll need to charge you for your new order but as soon as we've received your return we'll credit your account for the returned shoe(s).
2. Notify us via email info@oneshoetwoshoe.net or by phone (800) 399-9885 that you have a shoe(s) to return and request a Return Authorization for Exchange. Please include your 6-digit order number.
3. Once your receive our Return Authorization via email simply print it out and follow the instructions to return the unwanted shoe(s).
4. We suggest that you wait until your new shoe arrives before shipping your returns. Your Return Authorization may be used to return more than one shoe at a time.

All of our shoes, Regular and Clearance priced, can be returned for a Full Refund for up to one year after purchase date. When returning shoes, please include a copy of your invoice in the box. If you do not have your invoice, you must include your contact information including: your name, address, email address, phone number and approximate date of purchase. We will issue a refund to your account once your return has been received into stock. Upon request, we will send you a Return Authorization via email. If you choose this service, a flat fee of $8.00 for return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
